I never ever sent anyone within the University of Greenwich in its campuses any emails that were offensive or threatening and would accordingly like you to apologise for the defamatory comments unless you can produce evidence in terms of the actual malicious emails that your staff received purporting to have been from me in person as the sender.
Secondly, since legal proceedings have been on-going continuously since 1998 against the University of Greenwich and its co-conspirators, the Claim for £55,000 is not 'significantly out of time'.
For the record, regardless of what the medical authorities of the National Health Service have written about me seconded by the diagnosis of a psychotherapist in Jill Jesson, I have no mental disorders and have repeatedly insisted that I am not only the sanest person alive today in the world, but the sanest who has ever walked on the face of the Earth. The manner in which I have been able to withstand State-organised persecution on me over the past 26 years proves that the obstacles and traps placed in my path to do something useful with my life after my scientific career was thrown into disarray that I am a Master escapologist.
My demand for damages and compensation of £150 million remains on the table but I am amenable to negotiations in this regard.

I am writing in regard to the attached email from you of 17 June 2024. I am sorry to learn of
the mental health issues which are referred to in your email and in the letter which you
attached from Dr E. Uwuseba.
In your email, you claim that you are owed a “severance payment” from the University of
Greenwich and you ask for the Vice-Chancellor to look at your case.
I understand that you were previously employed in the University’s Natural Resources
Institute and that your employment ceased in 1997. Due to the passage of time, the
University is unable consider any matter relating to your former employment and we will not
enter into any correspondence with you about it. Any complaint or claim from you relating to
your former employment is now significantly out of time.
I am aware that you have previously sent emails to University of Greenwich email addresses
which staff have found to be offensive, disturbing and threatening. Please be advised that
we will not hesitate to report further contacts from you to the police where we have concerns
about the safety of our staff or our campuses.

During the time that I was seeking to clear my name of the charge that I had been
blameworthy of gross misconduct at the University of Greenwich both of you turned a blind
eye to this injustice.
Since then I have attempted to make contact with the University of Greenwich through
Archon Solicitors but they have blocked me from receiving emails concerning the severance
payment of around £55,000 that I am still owed from the University.
The Duty Judge at the Central London County Court is unable to intervene in this matter, as
you will note from the linked proceedings:

Ray, during my struggle to fight for justice you were seemingly representing the University in
its attempts to get me to accept that I was mentally ill, which has proven to be the case. I
have had a 'split mind' according to my psychotherapist Jill Jesson, and at one time I had
persistent delusional disorder and later suffered from paranoid schizophrenia according to Dr
Oranusi of Britton House, Gillingham, Kent ME8 0SL, as attached:

layman.
The point is that these mental disorders are not valid reasons to deny me the redundancy
payment in the absence of any kind of disciplinary hearing to consider the charge of gross
misconduct that was alleged that I had a right to participate in to put my side of the matter.
I would accordingly plead with you to request the Vice Chancellor of the University of
Greenwich to look again at this case and do the right thing.

THE PETITIONER SEEKS NATIONWIDE SUPPORT FOR A WRITTEN CONSTITUTION IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
On 2nd July 2024, the petitioner having already submitted a previous petition on the government petition website ( https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/662817/sponsors/new?token=5E2Eaduj6JGBy6S9rdVV ) for an amended Constitution by instituting a Select Committee convened for the purpose because he had gone through all other processes of Parliament and had not received any kind of response indicating that people and institutions did not know what the constitution states ( the objective of the petition being to keep people better informed on who is in charge of procedures of the House of Commons and of the House of Lords, what the functions of the Consultant Psychiatrists and Chief Constables of Police Forces are and who are the State-officials against whom a citizen can successfully prosecute in civil and criminal courts of the United Kingdom) also applied to the Court of Central London under a Claim against the Prime Minister over 4-5 years to declare the government’s decisions relating to injustices suffered by the Claimant over a 26 year period as having been unlawful to be examined under the supposed independence of the judiciary (CLAIM E35YM660 CASE PROGRESSION) and separation of powers, the specifics being that the government website petition scheme on a matter that did not secure cross-party support for a Written Constitution got nowhere and proved to have been a waste of time in the petitioner going through the Houses of Parliament where the Prime Minister of the day is supposedly ultimately and solely in charge of all proceedings in the House of Commons. The constitution therefore seemingly laid down the onus on the Judiciary in the supposed long-established retention of its independence and oversight of governmental actions in the matter of interpreting the unwritten Constitution for the determination that the government's decision in not enabling the Written Constitution petitioned by the Petitioner was unlawful. No reply was received by the Claimant from the Circuit Judge either, the Hearing of the Case being adjourned from 20 January 2023.
Thus, for the clear failure of both the procedures in the House of Commons and of the Courts to interpret the provisions of the unwritten Constitution in the matter under consideration, it is absolutely necessary to Petition Parliament for nationwide consultation today.
