Dear Mr Scott
I know your office said that you will not reply to any further emails for me so I conclude my observations and findings in order that reforms may take place to make the Police more accountable for their actions to the people they purport to serve. It is very disappointing that Professional Standards Department of Kent Police has not produced a Report for me on Complaint CO/999/23.
So at 7.57 pm on 13 April 2024 I texted Mike Dixon of the Liberal Democrats on WhatsApp: ‘Hello Mike, both my daughter and I voted for Graham David Colley of Liberal Democrats for Police and Crime Commissioner in our Constituency (Postal Voting). We have no faith/trust in Kent Police and one cannot injunct the Police, litigate or prosecute them when they arrest you under false pretences as I have found to my cost – Kent Police Complaint CO/999/23. Please bring this matter to the attention of Mr Colley. Thanks. Shantanu’

Dear Sirs
Would you be kind enough to confirm that there are no outstanding proceedings in the Case 'Dr Shantanu Panigrahi vs Kent Police' in your Court so that the deduction that I have made namely that one cannot injunct the Police to stop its investigation on a person treated as a suspect on offences, overturn bail condiditons at an early date, issue litigation for damages and compensation from the Police, or privately prosecute the Police for police brutality is factual based on the evidence of the proceedings that I have undertaken over the past half a dozen years.
This information is required so that the political process can begin in order for my Party to formulate a new policy in the democratic process that gives legitimate rights to those who have suffered at the hands of their local Police Force.
