The English Appeals Panel case 30 has been closed. I have attached a copy of the Decision Notice for your reference.
If you wish to join the Liberal Democrats, you will need to apply to join via your Local Party. The Standards Office is not involved in that process. However, if your membership request is rejected, you can appeal that decision via the English Appeals Panel again by contacting the Standards Office. If that were to happen, you will be provided with a new reference number.
