I have given up trying to access justice in the country that I have lived in for 49 years. The culture of racism in the United Kingdom is so endemic that it could only be fostered through the Constitution, unwritten as it is so easy to cover up the racism. The following is the end of the story, a day when Kent Police and the Medway County Court were so shameless that neither would reply to a simple question of whether my Claim for an Injunction against Kent Police and Money Claim for damages and compensation for years of harassment and terroristic activities towards me as a libertarian-spirited person was ongoing or adjourned and no acknowledgment was received let alone clarification o whether the Claim was adjourned on the Defendant's application or on the Court's own considerations:
