With respect to the attached proceedings DICTARORAL MONARCH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.pdf, I beg to state that the status quo clearly indicates that the United Kingdom should be excluded from its ratification of membership of the International Criminal court on two grounds: (a) the nation is not a Republic governed by the people, of the people and for the people that it represents to the world, and (b) the nation has permanent membership of the Security Council of the United Nations such that it can veto any proceedings against the Monarch of the United Kingdom by the Court.
The ratification is therefore a sham designed to paint the facade of civility whilst it treats its citizens as subjects of the Monarch with no human rights to speak of.
This and solely this explains why the International Criminal Court has steadfastly refused to express its judgement on its jurisdiction to hold the government of the United Kingdom to account in Case OTP-CR-76/22 for a Court outside the United Kingdom to consider its merits on a crime of aggression, crimes against humanity and a crime of warfare against its own inhabitants.
Please let me know the procedure that I need to initiate to have the United Kingdom expelled from the ratification acceptance by the International Criminal Court.
As I had said to the Court previously, this matter was due to be shared with the General Assembly of the United Nations by the Norwegian Membership of the United Nations and with the General Secretary of the United Nations, but I have heard nothing from any of these bodies to my representations.
I look forward to your reply without any kind of delay and with not fudging and prevarications.
