I write in reference to the Claim that I submitted to the Queens Bench Division of the High Court against Kent Police as attached: n1-engClaimFormKentPolice.pdf, which was initially struck out by Master Eastman but is under Appeal as outlined in the attached communications: ToDavidJenkinsccNadiaHussain(AppealCourtQB)13Sep2017; ToDavidJenkins(PermissiontoAppeal)AppealCourtQB5Oct2017.docx; ToDavidJenkins(AppealCourt)APPEALONCLAIM NoHq17x0177313Oct2017.docx; and IOPC Reference2019_117327 Complaining Reply14Dec2021. There has been no decision from the High Court (Appeal Court).
Since then I initiated a Claim at the County Court of Central London (Claim No E35YM660) against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and the decision is attached: ToCentLondCtyCrt(Judiciary)11Dec2021.docx.
Since I am being bullied, intimidated, terrorised by Kent Police in the meantime without any sign of either Kent Police or the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom being amenable to civil and criminal proceedings, am I to assume that we live in a tightly controlled Police State with no human rights as subjects of the State?
I would like to have a Judicial decision on this question.
