Thank you for your email.
As your previous appeal was closed and all parties were notified of the closure of your appeal, you will need to submit a new completed EAP form. You will be expected to include the details of why you want to reapply to join the Party based on your current circumstances within your form. All timelines and deadlines will restart from the point at which we receive your new completed EAP form.
