As I was completing the attached complaint form last night on the Liberal Democrats website, it revealed to me that I had started a complaint against you for the period in question, that I heard nothing about (unless I am mistaken): were you aware of this and if so what was the outcome of the deliberations?

FRESH NEW COMPLAINT AGAINST LYNN IBEJI CHAIR OF MEDWAY LIBERAL DEMOCRATS
Filed a complaint against Lynn Ibeji in accordance with the final statement of the Standard Officer Beth Morris.
I have not kept the details of what I entered in the Liberal Democrats website, but it started of with me saying that Ms Ibeji defamed me by stating that I had been racist and misogynistic in my email communications to her. I explained to her that if she had received such malicious communications she should have reported it to Kent Police. They were sent by MI5/MI6 hacking my email and making it look that I had sent them. She said she had no faith in this suggestion.
I would like her to be removed immediately as Chair of Medway Liberal Democrats so that I can rejoin the local Party.
I had made an earlier complaint to English Appeals Panel but it’s findings from PN Sinha were not conclusive. And I am still prevented from joining without any warning issued to me that it was flagged as not acceptable beforehand.
