I would like to apply for an extension of the adjournment of Hearing of CenLonCtyCrtNOTICEOFHEARINGOFAPPLICATION (21)-5 for a number of reasons associated with the Particulars as attached Particulars of Damages and Compensation J00ME572&E35YM660 in Dr Shantanu Panigrahi v Kent Police_Prime Minister of UK28August2025.pdf:
2. Renewed negotiations have been taking place all day as summarised in the attachment: COMING OUT OF RETIREMENT-digital
3. The Electoral Commission has finally agreed to publish the applications that I submitted for the registration of Conservative Libertarians (Vishista Advaitists) and Vishista Advaita Party in its website as shown below:
4. The outcome of the assessment is vital for the just disposal of the basis for the submission of the applications in that I was subjected to a total denial of access to material justice in the United Kingdom so need a new Party with the policy of implementing a Coded Written Constitution for the United Kingdom as attached: Constitution of Vishista Advaita Party 8 October 2025.docx & ConstitutionofConservativeLibertarians(VishistaAdvaitists)4Oct2025.docx
5. Added to these factors: Companies House is still continuing to harass me with a demand for late filing of Returns that was entirely due to corrupt practices elsewhere in the system and I put forward a scheme for a further round of Appeal when I did not receive a reply to the email here:

Dear Sirs
I do not have time for the Court Judgment after all the years of waiting and I equally do not understand the convoluted arguments that you continue to present to me.
So after your Appeal process, if it is £150 penalty that I need to pay for late filing I will consider immediate payment. I am still waiting for your response in this regard.
Keep it short, brief and to the point without going through all the details of who did what and when.

The onus is on the Director of the Electoral Commission to validate the attached Constitution of the Vishista Advaita Party 8 October 2025/ConstitutionofConservativeLibertarians(VishistaAdvaitists)4Oct2025 before the matter comes to Your Honour to decide what level of damages and compensation I am entitled to for the victimisation and persecution that I have suffered in the United Kingdom the past 27 years.
7. The value of a written extension of adjournment of the Hearing announced is that it will stop the criminals from continuing to terrorise me as you see as you will note from the autobiographic chapter here: https://archive.org/details/thank-you-for-joining-digital_20251026_1126 ; https://www.theallurementofrealityinreview.com/product-page/thank-you-for-joining Keeping the public in the darkness of silence from the Court even on whether the Case is adjourned or abandoned never to be resuscitated for the Claimant is highly unjust, quite apart from rendering the applicant to poverty and consigning him to the Psychiatrists couch.
