Unfortunately there are complications relating to this offer of 1 year membership (attached) Certificate.pdf of Reform (UK) Party. I had paid £50 for the Membership to last for two years for the 20 April 2024 Certificate as attached: Certificate of Membership of Reform UK Party.pdf.
Further, I am the Leader of The Conservative Libertarian Society (TCLS) and its political offshoot The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom (TCLP-UK) which not only campaigns for a Written Constitution but also an Amendment to what I now know to be the unwritten Constitution of the United Kingdom; as follows:

These matters need to be discussed at a policy level if I am to accept the offer of membership of Reform for 1 year.
If there is no common ground on policy, I would request you to refund me the £50, £25 for Membership, and £25 under Donation but as our correspondence would show, the full £50 was for Membership over the same two year period with the existing Certificate of Membership referred to above.

I needed a Membership Site for progressing the philanthropic work of the Conservative Libertarian Society with its political offshoot The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom. This is because I found that the Constitution of the United Kingdom has failed me over a 26 year period in that it does not serve the people and uses the people to serve the government in which I include all institutional structures from Houses of Parliament, the Judicial and Law Enforcement agencies, the Regulatory authorities including the established political parties monitoring all aspects of life for the population who seek truth, justice and democracy. The United Kingdom has an unwritten Constitution so I had to probe it out through interactions with all these institutions including the Monarch through a petition back in the year 2000.
By convincing people of what I have found out about the unwritten Constitution, I would hope that enough members could be persuaded that they should also make their voices heard peacefully through the parliamentary processes. But I am a one-man band and have my work cut-out to get anywhere within my lifetime, so I record everything in the public domain in my 205 digital books and 23 websites.
The final piece of structure was the creation of the organisation 'The Conservative Libertarian Publications Limited, which was needed to legitimise my book production and the websites, but I do need a Membership website and came across ‘Join It’ quite by accident searching where to go on the 12 June 2024.
The final touches have been made as your email came in. I intend to campaign on relentlessly for a Written Constitution, which will focus minds on what kind of cultural Monarchy results from widespread consultation. For whatever is best for the United Kingdom will have to come from official sources. I move forward one step at a time, pause, subject my work to the County Court of Central London under a Claim that I have had for about 5 years against the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (Case E35YM660) and subject every move of mine to the scrutiny of the Law Enforcement agencies and Parliamentary authorities including the House of Lords, and see if I am still surviving in liberty and not being charged with subversion, contempt of court, contempt of Parliament, or even treason. Even this email will be brought to the attention of the State authorities.
