Dear Sir
Â
1. On 20 April 2024, I joined the Reform Party thinking this was the way to go and inadvertently applied twice due to some technical problem in the website so that £25 extra was paid which being a pensioner I could do with a refund I initially argued. But the Party sent me a two-year membership instead which served my purpose on the day as I was embroiled in legal processes and needed a political party to relate to the proceedings in hand as linked here:

The Liberal Democrats/Ed Davey cannot take any action against me for its silence is proof of what I have alleged, and with the Court of Central London also not taking any action on the E35YM660 proceedings, it is all over on the legal front:

2. I noted also the Reform (UK) Party's comments on me missing the cut-off date for this year's local elections to stand as a candidate, but the Party has not yet made it clear whether I am eligible to stand as a candidate for the Party in the forthcoming general election. Please do so now.
Â
3. Two other outstanding points are whether the Reform Party's current opposition to Net Zero is set in stone and also whether the Party will form a right-wing coalition with the Conservatives and Unionist Party at the general election which I would find distasteful given what they mean for the environment and for how the nasty Tories escaped the jaws of justice such that I am still owed £55,000 severance pay from the University of Greenwich from 1998, and the £4170 that District Judge Lightman coerced me into paying as costs of the Cabinet Office in the Hearing of 21 June 2021, as attached: CentralLondonCountyCourtOrder21June2021(District Judge Lightman).pdf
Â
4. I would be grateful if the Reform (UK) Party will take up my Case accordingly or refund me my £50 membership Fee that I have paid under false assumptions of what the Party stands for.
Â
Yours sincerely
