Time has shown from my continuous and extensive investigations with evidence accumulated to justify the assertion that we citizens are subjects to an Absolute Monarchy here in the United Kingdom. This realisation of the the status quo is nothing bad and perhaps it does make for a coherent democracy that is all-inclusive with its checks and balances that the Royal Household who are not described to the public so cannot be subjected to scrutiny in that it operates in the secrecy of Buckhingham Palace through the Privy Council arrangements across democracy in its judicial and law enforcement agencies of the State.
When it suits the Monarchy in the discharge of its Monarchial duties to the State, it will instruct the judicial authorities in the interests of society to consider an application for a matter to be referred to Parliamentary Scrutiny through a vote in the House of Commons. This happened years ago when the Withdrawal arrangements on Brexit negotiations led to pressures being so great that the Supreme Court had to intervene to compel the Prime Minister that Mrs Theresa May's assuming Royal prerogative powers in forcing through her own personal idea on the deal being struck with the European Union had to be put to a Parliamentary vote. This ruling also later compelled Prime Minister Boris Johnson to call a general election to try and obtain a greater Parliamentary majority for the Conservative Party to quell the rebellion from the Liberal Democrats and Labour on the Brexit deal, and the rest of what followed is history.
The Prime Minister does have Royal prerogative powers when it is judged by the Monarch to be appropriate for smooth government as has been clarified to me in the fact that Mr Boris Johnsom is singularly charged with discharging the duties of government as regards to the perceived violations of the Ministerial Code, and this cannot be challenged in a Court of law unless the Claim E35YM660 that I have instituted against the Prime Minister is allowed to be subjected to a judicial review in the Court of Central London. As things stand this morning the Parliamentary Standards Commission has even ruled that my attempts to subject a Member of Parliament to violations of the Codes of Conduct that have failed at the level of the Commissioner so that the complaint of Service Complaint that I initiated has not been responded to on the question of whether the Commissioner's decision is amenable to a judicial review, also under Claim E35YM660 of the Central London County Court. The Court has not replied to me to set out the agenda for these considerations in the preparations that I need to implement for the Hearing of the Claim against the Prime Minister on 21 June 2021 at 1140 am. This silence is in itself evidence that the Privy Council must have looked into the matter and decided not to take any decision or actions on the matter, which bring me to the point of the Forum post that we are subjects to the Monarchial reign of Her Majesty the Queen.
Further evidence for this assertion is the failure of East Kent Magistrates Court to implement the Arrest Summons that I issued as a private prosecution on the Director of Public Prosecutions as Head of the Crown Prosecution Service, again with total silence from the Court on the reasons for its decision.
It is also clear from the telephone call that I received from the Consultant Psychiatrist in charge of reviewing my supposed mental disorder that has been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenia of late (previously persistent delusional disorder) that recommends anti-psychotic, anti-depressant and mood stabilising medications on me that even the Mental Health authorities take their directions from the Royal Household in Buckingham Palace through some secretive arrangements that are channelled through what we might describe as the Privy Council.
I am not a critic, I am not an activist, I am not a protester, I believe in the observation of the status quo. Once we know what the status quo is we can respect all the members of society in knowing that they are all fulfilling their roles as citizens of the State in the most law abiding manner possible. Over the past 23 years since I first stumbled into conflict with my employers at the Institute that I devoted my work as a Civil Servant towards, I have consulted over 50 law firms including barristers to help me find the Constitution that is unwritten.
