After the days events, when a Barclays and a couple of Linkedin emails came, I thought this is it: I had pleaded not guilty to all offences and will not attend court if called upon to do so by the procedures employed through Kent Police as all the evidence and arguments have been submitted in writing, as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam
In my not guilty plea I had mentioned that this matter had reached the Court of Appeal but judging from the silence of the Court today, there is no evidence that it has indeed reached that Court. I am writing to make this amendment to my plea as linked:
Plea on Driving Offence Charge (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/plea-on-driving-offence-charge
Appeal at the Court of Appeal (J00ME572 of Medway County Court) (knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com) https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/appeal-at-the-court-of-appeal-j00me572-of-medway-county-court

It is all the same, there is only one Court and Police as inseparable aspects of the Establishment: so it can take its decision now as I will not be writing to anyone as all my proceedings in litigation, private prosecution and defence are exhausted with the following additional protest:
CUSTODY RECORD NUMBER 46XA11546/23
I wish to
1. Appeal against the bail imposed on me in its entirety because the allegations of having sent malicious communications from my personal computer and associated devices are entirely false so I should not be treated as a suspect in the first place. Is there an appeal process for this application under the law?
2. If there are no appeal process for dropping me as a suspect so negating the bail imposed on me, then I would like the conditions imposed to be varied in four respects as follows:
(a) Replacement of my Email Personal account stated in the bail document from nobody@dizum.com to shantanupanigrahi@yahoo.com. This is because I have never had a nobody@dizum.com email address through which malicious communications were sent out that the Police interviewed me on 28 March 2023 at Medway Police Station.
(b) Bailed to date/time from 18/06/2023 17.00 hours to be changed to 11.00 am hours on that day as I have to pick up our daughter from her workplace at 5.00 pm.
(c) Vary for Conditions to be changed from Commit further offences on bail for the reason that the proceedings are based on a false premise that I had committed the specified offences or as yet unspecified offences. Condition 1 does not apply hence.
(d) Condition type: ‘Not to contact any education establishment and not to contact any person/persons who is employed/attends/any links to an educational establishment. This is directly or indirectly for any reason’. This condition restricts me from applying for jobs at educational establishments that I wish to do and prevents me socially interacting with Kings College where I am an alumni. So the condition should only apply to the specific educational establishments relating to the malicious communications that they received and should not be an umbrella ban.
