Dear Liberal Democrats Help Department
I am pleased to receive this email for it makes reference to mental health support if members feel they need it and I am relieved that it is a free to use service.
I have been regarded as a psychiatric patient for close to 25 years, and am currently on medications prescribed by the Consultant Psychiatrist at Britton House Gillingham, Kent.
I do not know anything about mental health but when the Samaritans stopped providing me with emotional support as laid out in the Care Plans issued to me by Britton House, I went to a psychotherapist by the name of Jill Jesson and have had 7-8 Sessions of therapy on Zoom with her. It costs me £60 per Session that as a pensioner I can ill-afford continuously.
The latest diagnosis of my mental disorder from Britton House is that I am paranoid schizophrenic and my psychotherapist diagnoses it a 'Split Mind'. But initially I was diagnosed by the NHS as suffering from persistent delusional disorder until Dr Masouds/Dr Odesanya came to monitor me as the Consultant Psychiatrists at Britton House. Dr Odesanya also suggested from a questionnaire assessment that I am autistic. A subsequent Consultant Psychiatrist suggested it to be bipolar with delusions. Megan CIC said it was Personality Disorder.
With the uncertainty concerning my mental well being I am in contact with Kent and Medway Partnership Trust's Patient Advisory and Liaison Service, as attached [:ToKMPTPAL(Head of Elections Medway Council)3Apr2024] Your Ref M24-03-127968)3Apr2024.docx.
People seem to misunderstand my true intentions, I have found, as should be clear from the correspondence I have had with Jane Ringham of Medway Council as attached (FrJaneRingham on my past employability after 17 years of service where I was sacked once again without a disciplinary hearing, even a kangaroo court Hearing that the University of Greenwich perpetrated on me in 1998 after 18 years of service in the Natural Resources Institute.
I have lost many jobs, that I took up since 1998 and also friendships as linked here: https://www.knowledgeassessmentanddissemination.com/post/fancy-meeting-up-sometime-paul
So I would like more details of who to contact for one to one support chat on my mental anxieties.
Thank you for your attention.
Yours sincerely

Good afternoon Dr Panigrahi,
Thank you for your email.
Over the recent years you have sent several emails containing inappropriate and offensive content to myself, the elections team generic email account, other staff and Councillors. In the light of those, your details have been removed from our election staff database and the Returning Officer will no longer be inviting you or your wife to undertake election duties.
From our point of view this is notice of the end of correspondence with you and we will not respond to any further emails or other contact from you.

Medway Council
I have been on the register for the role of Count Officer together with my wife Rashmi Panigrahi, me from the year 2005, but in the very recent past have not been called upon to provide these services.
I am not a member of a political party that is registered with the Election Commission, although for my investigative journalism had developed the idea of https://theconservativelibertarianpartyoftheunitedkingdom.com
I am hereby applying to be on the list of people who Medway Council require to assist at Elections both at the issuing and counting the postal votes and at the Count Centre on the night of the election date given this background.
Does my journalism as linked above bar me from being employed by Medway Council?
I would be grateful for your reply concerning this matter.
Yours sincerely
